In an effort to constantly improve upon services offered to students, and provide feedback to various offices about the event planning experience at NYU-Poly for student clubs and orgs, the Office of Student Activities and Graduate Student Life ask that each student group fill out this form at the completion of their events. This data will be used to help improve processes and advocate for positive changes.

Your feedback will also be available as a resource for your group's future student leaders who are looking for insight into past events and programs.

All groups who submit this will be entered to win $100 of funding to be toward a program or event of your student group's choosing. Winners will be selected each semester.
