About this survey

The HFMA Workforce Survey 2026 aims to build the first national picture of Australia's public health finance workforce. Your responses will help identify workforce trends, capability needs and emerging challenges, enabling HFMA to develop evidence-based programs and workforce initiatives.

The survey:
- takes approximately 10 minutes
- is open to anyone in public health finance in Australia
- is voluntary
- can be exited at any time

Privacy
Survey responses are collected confidentially through SurveyMonkey. No personal identifying information is requested as part of the survey and results will be reported in aggregate only. Survey data will be securely stored by HFMA and retained to support future workforce comparisons.
