When choosing a Student of the Month, Miss Trish's looks for students who:

  2. Provide the best care possible to the children within their classroom
  3. Are professionals in the field who are well respected by their co-workers, administrative staff, and the families they work with
  4. Are model citizens within their community and place of employment
  5. Have a positive influence on those around them
  6. Strive for continued self-improvement, education and development within the field

Student of the Month Qualifications:
-Student must have been enrolled with and SUCCESSFULLY completed Miss Trish's CDA Course within the past year
- Student must have earned 120 hours of training towards their CDA Credential within the past year
- Student must have either earned their official CDA Credential or be in the final stages of earning their CDA Credential (have their CDA Exam & PD Specialist Observation scheduled)
-Have maintained employment at the same childcare center for at least 1 year
-Student must agree to allow Miss Trish's to publish their name, photo, and responses in Student of the Month emails, Newsletters, and any additional marketing materials, both in print and online.
