Vendor Registration Packet

Welcome to the Pacific Flea and Artists market! On the day of the market vendors will be required to check in for set up between 9:30 and 10:00am. You are required to provide your own 6 foot table, chairs, tents and displays. Parking is on street but ample.

The vendor fee to participate is $45. Vendors must send payment via Paypal to Pacificflea@gmail.com to reserve space.

New vendors must fill out an application (see link below. If we feel you are a fit for the market, you will be contacted by our vendor coordinator within 7 days. Please be as detailed as possible and provide current social media and store links.  

Approved vendors are limited to: antiques, vintage, handmade items and original art. We do not accept any mass produced merchandise of any kind. We are searching for vendors with quality goods, and staff reserves the right to ask for the removal of any items we deem below our standards. 

Please provide high quality images of your work if you would like to be featured in our event promotions, along with contact information and website links.  Pacific Flea will be utilizing various social media outlets and press to ensure a great turnout of shoppers, collectors and guests; and we expect all vendors to advertise themselves accordingly. 

Again, If we feel you are a fit for our market, you will hear back from our vendor coordinator. Please do NOT send payment until you have been approved.
