ANGS Roles
President:
The president of ANGS functions as a liaison between governing bodies, faculty advisors and members of the ANGS council /representation. The president ensure adherence to guidelines set forth by the organization and UT. The president organizes and coordinates ANGS events, meetings, and other responsibilities.
Vice President:
The Vice President coordinates with the President to coordinate meetings and events. The Vice president will help the Financial coordinator in keeping track of purchases and expenses involved with ANGS. The Vice President helps to make announcements for events and meetings. The Vice President also helps to hold elections at this end of the year.
Secretary:
The secretary records notes from meetings, takes photos at events and posts on the ANGS website. The secretary is in charge of keeping the website up to date, posting fliers on website, elevators and SON screens for upcoming events.
Financial Director:
The financial director is the lead person for coordinating the ANGS budget. You will be responsible for applying for the yearly budget, purchasing event supplies and food, and maintaining the budget for the year. This includes attending university organization workshops and abiding by the university financial rules.
