1.Introduction
CAST is collecting information from practitioners on T visa Bona Fide Determination (BFD) outcomes. We want to identify trends in who receives BFDs, who does not, and why, and see whether the results point to other options for practitioners and survivors.
This survey is for licensed attorneys and DOJ-accredited representatives reporting on principal (T-1) applications only.
This survey asks about one application at a time. We know many of you have multiple T visa cases. Entering cases individually lets us aggregate the data and spot patterns across the field. You don’t need to enter all of your cases, but entering even a few of them gives us strong data points. To add another case, submit a new response.
Please have the filed I-914 and any USCIS notices in front of you. Several questions ask exactly how items on the application were answered and what the notice said.
Do not include names, A-numbers, receipt numbers, or any other identifying information. Responses will be reported only in aggregate.
