1. Identify how civility in the operating room influences anesthesiologists’ mental health, team dynamics, and patient safety, supported by evidence from workplace culture studies.
2. Examine the specific stressors faced by anesthesiologists and discuss how these challenges can be mitigated through strategies that promote respect and effective communication among OR staff.
3. Adopt actionable tools to foster a culture of civility and wellness in the OR, including conflict resolution techniques, mindfulness practices, and organizational support systems.
