CareerSource Gulf Coast is doing everything within our capacity to assist our community with resetting PIN numbers in the Reemployment Assistance (RA) CONNECT System. In order to provide more efficient and effective customer service, we are requesting that you complete and submit a request form for a call-back. Call-backs will occur in the order received.
PLEASE NOTE: For us to reset PINS, we have to be able to access the CONNECT website. If the CONNECT site is down/malfunctioning, it may take more time for us to process PIN resets.
