Neighborhood directory survey

My name is David Burton and I have worked for University of Missouri Extension as a community development specialist for 20 years. As part of a new "Engaged Neighbor Program" we have 8 pilot neighborhoods that I will be working with (for free) for 18-24 months on growing neighborliness. With this survey MU Extension will create a directory for your neighborhood. It will contain contact information and information about your interests making it possible to connect with like-minded individuals in your neighborhood. The directory will only be shared with those that complete the survey in each neighborhood. There are also some important questions in this survey about your actual neighborhood.
