Pride in Finance Alliance Industry Review

The first-ever Pride in Finance Alliance Industry Review will allow us to take a snapshot of the industry’s approach to supporting LGBTQ+ colleagues and clients.

This set of questions is designed to collect both quantitative and qualitative data, providing insight into specific challenges, company culture, relationships with colleagues, and broader perspectives on the mortgage industry’s inclusivity for LGBTQ+ individuals.

NOTE: This study and all future PIFA studies will remain entirely anonymous.
