This portal aims to capture contact information submitted voluntarily by members of the community, so Travis County may notify tenants and landlords when the application is open, as well as other important program updates on the Texas Emergency Rental Assistance Program and/or the Texas Eviction Diversion Program. 

Travis County is receiving consistent inquiries about rental assistance.  Although the TDHCA-Travis County contract was approved on January 26, 2021, Travis County will be working to implement an affirmative marketing strategy and establish all systems needed to properly implement the program between January 26, 2021 through April 15, 2021.  During this timeframe, this community contact portal will capture information so all interest parties, who contact Travis County prior to April 15, 2021, will be equally and simultaneously notified when applications will be accepted as well as any other program requirements or criteria.

This portal is not intended to pre-screen, pre-determine or pre-select program applicants.
