Purpose of this Survey

As you are aware, Primary Health Tasmania is one of 31 Australian government-funded primary health networks in Australia. PHNs are in effect the third iteration of organisations established to support general practice and now primary care, evolving from GP Divisions and Medicare Locals, with their role also changing over that time. Now, the government mandated objectives for PHNs are increasing the efficiency, effectiveness and coordination of care of medical services and care. Currently PHNs also have 15 priority areas, one of which is support for general practice.

In this short survey (seven questions, seven minutes) we are seeking your advice as to how best Primary Health Tasmania can provide support for you and your practice.

It would be most helpful if you could complete the survey within the next two weeks.

Thank you for taking the time to provide input and guidance.
