2020 DesignFest - a partnership of T. Rowe Price Foundation and MICA

You are invited to participate in the 3rd Annual DesignFest, a partnership between T. Rowe Price Foundation and MICA. This survey will serve as your application. What is DesignFest? DesignFest is a full-day event bringing together design teams and non-profit organizations to utilize design-thinking skills and expertise in order to create actionable branding solutions. Design teams can explore web design, logo, visual identity ideas, and creative strategies to assist Baltimore nonprofit organizations to meet their goals. Each participating organization will have a creative brainstorming and training session in order to address opportunities or solve problems related to their design challenge. Participants will have the opportunity to collaborate with other nonprofits in learning sessions throughout the day.

Applications Due: December 6th, 2019
Notification: December 13th, 2019
Organization Homework Due: January 3rd, 2020
Designer/Organization Matching: February 2020
Event: Exact Date TBA - March 2020 (Date will be determined before organizations are confirmed as participants)

Project selection is dependent on the fit between your organization's needs and the availability of MICA, T. Rowe Price, and other professional volunteers.

Why we are asking this: We tend to see that there is a correlation between the strength of an organization's relationship with the community it serves and its effectiveness in making a sustained, positive difference for that community.
