Compassus Joint Venture Public Comment Guidance

HHH/Benedictine Caregivers,

We are looking for guidance from you as to how we approach the public comment period while the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) reviews the proposed Joint Venture (JV) between Providence and Compassus for Home Health and Hospice. As discussed in our all unit meeting on Monday, December 30th, we have several options for how we proceed.

Yes on the JV; no conditions

Yes on the JV, and if it is going to occur, we have conditions we would like to see placed on the employer

Silent on the JV, but if it is going to occur, we have conditions we would like to see placed on the employer

No on the JV, but if it is going to occur, we have conditions we would like to see placed on the employer
