The Youth Pathway to Employment (YPE) program supports youth aged 16 to 29 in navigating the labor market and successfully transitioning into sustained employment. The program focuses on helping all youth, particularly those facing barriers related to knowledge and networks, by providing education, skills development, and meaningful work experiences.

The YPE program includes a 4-week Employment Services and Employment Skills Training workshop, followed by a 12-week Quality Employment Opportunity. During this phase, participants will gain valuable on-the-job experience, enhancing their employability and occupational skills. Each participant will have the opportunity to build skills and experience aligned with their individual goals, interests, and abilities.
