IPS Land Acquisition Survey

Indy Parks is in discussion with IPS to acquire the sports fields at the former John Marshall High School located at 10101 E 38th St and incorporating them into Grassy Creek Park. Previous sports amenities on this site included a football and soccer field with a track, tennis courts, and a baseball field. In 2026 Indy Parks will be conducting public engagement as part of an updated master plan process for Grassy Creek Park that would allow for public feedback about the future use of those sports amenities and the future of the entire park.
