PGV3 Employer Education Training Preferences

NHRS is in the midst of a multi-year upgrade of its pension database product, known as PensionGold (PG). The upgrade from Version 2, which has been in operation since 2002, to Version 3 is expected to be completed in 2023. The employer Data Reporting System (DRS) is a component of PensionGold, so this upgrade will impact reporting by our participating employers.

NHRS is beginning to develop employer training plans and would appreciate your input.
1.Do you prefer in-person or webinar-based trainings?

3.Do you prefer live trainings (either in-person or webinar) or pre-recorded video trainings?
4.Do you prefer training materials in written format (i.e. step-by-step instructions) or in video format?
5.Based on your work schedule and other responsibilities, do you have a preferred time of day for training events?

7.Once a date has been finalized to begin using the new DRS, how soon would you prefer to begin training?
