4.NexGen is evaluating interest in creating national study groups and mastermind groups. Please review the definitions of each and describe your interest or involvement in these groups.
 
A study group is an informal meeting of fellow financial professionals usually to discuss a specific topic through less-structured dialogue. They can accommodate up to 20 attendees and typically do not have a member selection process or substantial accountability requirements.
 
A mastermind group is a formal meeting of fellow financial professionals that usually has a facilitator setting an agenda and structuring the meeting and conversation. They typically involve 10 or less members who all share a similar targeted interest or need, or who have similar characteristics as professionals or in clientele.
