Data Collection for Past Sales Transactions
Enhance Agent Profile Page by adding Past Sales Transactions
Dear property agent, welcome to the "past sales transaction data collection form". What kind of data will be collected here:
1. Your personal details and which will be used to verify your identity against PropertyGuru's database. - 2. Your past sales transactions (S&P signed after 1st Jan 2020). The fields we are collecting are: - Sale transaction date - property address (street address, state) - Sale transaction price - whether the property is co-broke (individual sale or split with other agent) - 3. We will only be collecting up to 20 sales transactions since 1st Jan 2020. You may submit less than 20 transactions, but if you have more than 20 transactions, please submit those that you'd like to be known for

4. We will NOT be collecting Rental Transactions.

5. All Sales transactions will be cross-check against MyPropertyData database. Full address including unit number is required for checking. Don't worry, we will not reveal this information publicly, it is only for internal verification purposes. Transactions that fail verification will not be published on your Agent Profile.
