Planning for Pandemic Recovery in Older Persons' Care in Ontario

Provincial Geriatrics Leadership Ontario and the provincial Rehabilitative Care Alliance are convening an open dialogue to discuss emerging supports needed by community dwelling older adults and their caregivers as Ontario plans for the recovery phase of the pandemic.

This survey will gather information to support ongoing dialogue and planning and the preparation of advice to local, regional and provincial partners about what matters most to community dwelling older adults who live with complex health conditions, and their caregivers.
