Contributing to "Eat, Drink, Be Autistic and Merry - an exploration of the relationships autistic people have with food and drink"

Thank you for clicking on this link!

This survey has been created by Helen Ellis, one of the two authors (alongside Dr Felicity Sedgewick) of the upcoming book "Eat, Drink, Be Autistic and Merry - an exploration of the relationships autistic people have with food and drink" that will be published by Jessica Kingsley Publishers (JKP), who are owned by Hachette UK.

We are really keen to include as many autistic experiences within this book as we can (particularly from areas of life that Helen does not have lived experience of) as we want it to cover as full a range of the various relationships autistic people have with food and drink as possible.

We hope the next few questions are clear and make it relatively easy for you to say what you wish to us, if at any point you need to stop answering this survey or find it unclear please do contact us via fooddrinkautismbook@gmail.com

We cannot guarantee that every contribution will make it to the published version of the book, or that every word you contribute will, as we are subject to the editing process like every author! If we do not feature your contribution we will still name you at the end of the book in our "with thanks to" section, unless you specifically ask to not be named.

If you wish any part of your contribution to be made anonymous please let us know, either in this survey or via email, and we will ensure that happens (you can have your name attached to all, some, or none of your contributions, the choice is yours)

Many thanks again, Helen Ellis and Dr Felicity Sedgewick
