* 2. It is important to have community standards by-laws in place for noise, unsightly properties, weeds, RV parking, and other matters.

* 3. Home owners must be held responsible to keep their home and surrounding property tidy and in good condition.

* 4. Home owners should be allowed to keep vehicles that are inoperative and not registered on their property that neighbours can readily see.

* 5. Home owners must be responsible to maintain trees, shrubs, bushes, that are overhanging from their property and causing a distraction to users of sidewalks, roads, alleyways and highways.

* 6. Commercial vehicles such as trucks, semi-trailers, should be allowed to park on town streets if they are not loading or unloading.

* 7. Homeowners must mow, cut or carry out measures to control their grass and weeds.

* 8. Home owners should be required to shovel snow from the sidewalks that border their property.

* 9. RV and trailer owners should be allowed to park their unattached RVs and trailers on town streets in front of their property throughout the year.
