Tennesseans for Quality Early Education Early Educator Coalition

At Rock the Hill, we saw firsthand what happens when Tennessee Early Educators show up, speak out, and fill the Capitol with the voices of our youngest learners. Legislators stopped, listened, and engaged in conversations sparked by your stories and presence.

Now we’re building on that momentum. We’re launching a statewide Early Educator Coalition—a powerful network of educators and providers committed to being loud voices for little kids. By joining, you’ll help shape the future of early care and education in Tennessee through sharing your story, participating in advocacy activities, and meeting regularly with other educators to elevate the issues that deserve legislative attention. This is an opportunity to speak for your students, your families, your school, and families across our state.

Whether you stood with us at Rock the Hill or are ready to get involved now for the first time, you belong in this movement. The moment educators created at the Capitol lit a spark—and now we’re inviting more voices to help turn that spark into lasting change.
