NHPS Technology Survey

I hope that all is well and staying healthy.  It is very likely that schools will remain closed for an extended period of time given the most recent national, state, and local updates.  

Therefore, we would like to assess our capability to increase online activities and provide distance learning.  In order for us to best prepare for this plan, I am requesting that a parent or student complete a quick technology access survey.
