Pennsylvania Farm to School Network Survey

"Farm to school" connects children to healthy, local foods while supporting local farmers and strengthening communities. Farm to school activities can include purchasing food from local farms for school or early childhood education (ECE) meals, engaging students in school/ECE garden activities, offering nutrition and agriculture education, and building relationships between schools/ECEs and farmers. The Pennsylvania Farm to School Network (PFSN) is a collaborative that works to advance farm to school strategies and policies across Pennsylvania.

The PFSN wants to hear from you so we can learn about the best ways to support your farm to school efforts! The current (2020-2025) and first ever PFSN strategic plan was created with strong community and stakeholder involvement. We are excited to collect ideas and feedback from individuals across PA as we work on our next strategic plan. Please fill out this short form to tell us more about yourself and farm to school in your community.
