Prostate cancer awareness campaign 2022

The purpose of this survey is to learn about your experience with the Prostate Cancer Risk in Black Community Campaign.

All data collected will be used in a form that will make it impossible to determine the identity of individual respondents. If you have any questions, please email policy@cancer.ca.
