The ICMA Women’s Network (IWN) is an open, collaborative and gender-inclusive women’s network promoting equality in the capital markets by supporting, connecting and inspiring professionals of all genders and at all career stages.

Through live events, online content and practical workshops, the IWN focuses on career development, facilitates dialogue on key issues and encourages cross-generational networking to build a more inclusive industry.
