This form is for educational institutions and training providers interested in becoming an OMA Workforce Training Partner (WTP). WTPs receive all benefits of an OMA Associate Membership and may be eligible for inclusion in the OMA Workforce Training Directory and the OMA's Gold Star Institution Designation based on their membership tier. The tiers are as follow:
- Bronze: Your institution receives all benefits of an OMA Associate Membership, and OMA Workforce Services staff will provide guidance on the requirements of Silver and Gold Tiers if interested.
- Silver: Your manufacturing-aligned programs are listed with full information, descriptions, and a URL to an interest form (provided by you) in the Training Directory. All listed programs must undergo a Curriculum Assessment.
- Gold: Your organization is eligible to apply for the OMA's Gold Star Institution designation, indicating your commitment to building a skilled, demand-driven talent pipeline for Ohio manufacturing. You institution must engage in all five pillars of Ohio's Manufacturing Workforce Blueprint to earn this designation.

Gold Star Institution designation increases visibility to manufacturing employers, state partners, and legislators by showcasing manufacturing-aligned programs and demonstrating institutional excellence in workforce development. The Directory serves as a trusted, statewide reference manual - updated regularly and organized by region - helping users quickly identify and compare training options while encouraging informed decision-making.
