The Pan African Federation of Accountants (PAFA) has received financing from the African Development Bank towards the Strengthening PAFA and Public Financial Management Resilience in Africa (SPRA) Project and intends to apply part of the agreed amount of this grant to payments under the contract for a Consulting Firm to implement the ATQA in four target countries: Burundi (French), Mozambique (Portuguese), São Tomé and Príncipe (Portuguese) and Somalia (English),including translation and contextualisation of the ATQA for the Francophone and Lusophone environments.
PAFA now invites EOI from Consulting Firms to implement the ATQA in four target countries including translation and contextualisation of the ATQA for the Francophone and Lusophone environments as set forth in the Terms of Reference (ToR).
Service Providers should carefully review the Request for EOI and ToR before deciding whether to submit a EOI. EOI should be submitted only if the service provider can perform the service if selected.
