Category Management is being touted as the latest and greatest advancement for Procurement that will deliver huge impact to your organization. If you are not seriously moving toward Category Management TODAY, then you and your organization may be WAY behind.  Before we all go running in different directions, it’s probably prudent to agree on what is Category Management?  What are the major differences between what we do today in Strategic Sourcing and what we propose to do under Category Management?  Whether you are making the transition from Strategic Sourcing to Category Management, or just starting to think about it, please answer this survey based on your understanding of the two processes.
