Online Abstract Submission - Deadline extended to June 3, 2022

The ongoing Covid pandemic, and at times the increased virtual delivery of care that it has necessitated, have led to increased moral distress, burn out and a generalized concern over the state of health care and the delivery of services.

Connection, collaboration and the interdisciplinary team-based model of care are some of the tenets of the philosophy of palliative care.

By developing and fostering strong, supportive teams, each team member can practice to their fullest potential across the continuum of person-centered care. Facilitating collaborative relationships, advancing expertise among our community, providing core competency training, increasing modes of communication and team self-care allow the members of the team to care for each other and provide the best possible care to patients and families.

We invite clinicians, students and faculty to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations related to Palliative & End of Life Care.

The online system will guide you through the required information.  Click NEXT to submit your abstract for consideration.  Please note: this website is NOT for conference registration.  This is the Call for Abstracts.
