Thank you for using/ testing/ piloting the Patient Engagement Quality Guidance (PEQG)!

This is a feedback form to assess the level of quality in a completed PE project as a retrospective evaluation.

We appreciate your feedback on how you use the PEQG in order to learn two main things:
1) how useful it is for you and for other relevant stakeholders in the patient engagement (PE) context, and
2) the potential impact if PEQG was used in this project.
