Introduction

This is the PEN 2025 Member Survey "A" for families whose children have not yet attended a PUSD school. It is for anyone who considered enrolling their child in a PUSD school for August 2025 or later. It should only take about 10 minutes and your input will help us improve our services for families. Note: an asterisk * by a question indicates that a response is required to continue.
