Introduction

Thank you for participating in the PEC Community Organizations survey! 
 
The PEC municipality and The County Foundation created this survey to get an up-to-date understanding of the community groups and organizations operating in the County: the programs and services you provide, the staff and volunteers providing these services, and the advantages and challenges you experience operating in the County.
 
The survey also asks for feedback on the Municipal Community Grants Program, and for ideas on other ways the municipality and The County Foundation can help our valued community organizations serve the residents of PEC.
 
The results of the survey will contribute to a review of the Community Grants program, and of the municipality's relationship overall with community organizations. It will help direct the County's and The County Foundation's future efforts to support the sector.
 
Some tips for completing the survey:
  • The survey takes about 20 minutes to complete
  • Survey closes March 4, 2024
  • There are some financial and operational questions so the survey should ideally be filled out by an Executive Director, General Manager or someone with that information. 
  • Answers are confidential.
  • There is an optional question at the end to give your contact info, if you are willing to be contacted for potential follow-up questions, or to be updated on survey results and the review project overall. Any contact info you give will be separated from your other survey responses.
  • If you need to leave the survey before finishing it, simply close the browser window or tab. Your answers will be automatically saved. The next time you click the survey link using the same browser (for example Chrome) you will be able to continue where you left off.
