A survey of the effect of women's hormones on PD symptoms

This survey has been put together by Richelle Flanagan, a founding member of the PD Avengers to gather some statistics around the impact of hormones on womens PD symptoms. There is no identifying data and the results will be used to highlight any gaps in care and research in this area.
