Thank you for your interest in participating in PDW 2022! 

This year we are piloting the use of SurveyMonkey for our call for proposals for PDW 2022. We appreciate your feedback on this form and how we can improve it to make it easier for you, which can be done at the end of the form. If you face any issues with completing it, please email program@dpi-canada.com.
