Mueller Mixed-Use Board of Directors

 

As you may know, the Mueller Mixed-Use Community Association is planning for the Annual Meeting on Thursday, Nov. 15, 2018, beginning at 6 p.m. One of the agenda items at this meeting will be the election of a resident Board Member to the Mixed-Use Community Association Board of Directors. Thank you for your interest your interest in running for the open position.

As a member of the Mixed-Use Board of Directors, you may advise on the association’s budget, management decisions, vendor contracts, modifying association enforcement policies, etc. While time commitments vary significantly based on individual preferences of the Board of Directors, you would respond to routine email communication, attend Board Meetings (as determined by the Board of Directors), potentially monitor committee meetings and review reports.

If you return the survey by Oct. 31, 2018, your responses will be shared with residents via the Mueller Messenger email newsletter and at the Annual Meeting. Otherwise, you can self-nominate at the Annual Meeting; however, attending members will not have access to any background in advance.
