Tour the MWMC Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility on Thursday, October 22!

Have you ever wondered what happens to your used water after you flush the toilet, use the sink, or wash your clothes? Join us for an autumn "golden hour" tour at the wastewater treatment facility to find out!

We will begin gathering at 5:00 p.m. and the tour will start promptly at 5:15 p.m.
  • Registration is required, please include the name(s) of any additional attendees if you are registering as a group
  • Tours take between 1-1.5 hours and cover around 1 mile of walking, including up and down stairs (modifications can be made)
  • Close-toe shoes are required
  • No food or drink (water bottles OK)
  • Children over the age of 10 are welcome - please include in registration
  • This tour may be cancelled due to weather or low registration numbers. You will be notified in advance if tour is cancelled.
