Register to join the challenge and receive monthly health tips and exercises. The goal of the challenge is simple: to accumulate at least 600 minutes of physical activity each month. 600 minutes is equal to an average of 20 minutes of exercise a day.

Exercise includes any physical activity that requires moderate to active participation and is continuous for at least ten (10) consecutive minutes. 

Earn up to 60 Healthy Lifestyle Activity Points each season and be entered into a seasonal drawing for 1 of 50 $100 Corporate Rewards gift cards by tracking your minutes of physical activity and completing the Online Seasonal Fitness Challenge Minutes and Exercises Form.
  • 600 - 999 minutes per month = 10 points
  • 1,000 - 1,499 minutes per month = 15 points
  • 1,500 + minutes per month = 20 points
