2022 Pilbara Community Services Excellence Awards

PCSEA 2022 - Nominate an amazing organisation or individual making a difference in your community!

Now is the time to acknowledge and celebrate the amazing Pilbara Stars in our communities who have made a difference in people's lives through dedication, passion and achievements. Nominations close Friday 22nd July 2022.

The theme for the 2022 Awards is "Unmasking our Pilbara Stars", with a focus on acknowledging and celebrating organisations and individuals who have gone above and beyond to DREAM, ENGAGE, OVERCOME and INSPIRE.

This year there are four individual and nine organisation award categories to choose from. You can nominate for more than one category but you need to complete a new survey for each category you are nominating for.

Please make sure you address the selection criteria outlined below for each category in your response, providing as much information as possible to demonstrate your achievements.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Outstanding Organisation (Small, Medium and Large) - how have you made an outstanding positive difference to the community through the programs and services you deliver?.
Best Pilbara Organisation - Winners of each of the above categories will be put forward for this category.
Primary Health Care Collaboration and Partnership - How have you demonstrated commitment to primary health place-based services in the Pilbara.?
Dream Award - how have you demonstrated innovation and creative thinking to meet changing needs in your community?
Engage Award - How have you demonstrated partnership and collaboration to meet needs in your community?
Overcome Award - How have you demonstrated resilience and determination and adapted your programs/services to meet challenges and ensure service continuity?
Inspire Awards (Young Person, Senior, Volunteer, Indigenous Leader) - How have you inspired others through leadership, determination, commitment and achieved positive outcomes for your community?
People's Choice Award - awarded to organisation with the most public votes. All nominations are eligible for this award.

Tell us a bit about why you are nominating for this particular award category. Why should the nominee be chosen as the winner? What makes them stand out from everyone else? The winners of each award category will be announced at the Gala Dinner

This will be a fantastic, all inclusive, evening of celebration, networking and entertainment.

Make sure you inform the nominated person or organisation of their nomination and encourage them to attend the Awards Gala Dinner.
