PCOA CITIZEN SATISFACTION SURVEY – JCF AREA 4

The Police Civilian Oversight Authority (PCOA), an agency under the Ministry of National Security, is conducting a survey into citizens’ satisfaction with the services offered by the police, particularly in Area 4.  This survey will coincide with the PCOA’s annual Transforming Our Police Service (TOPS) Programme, to help to determine the Division that provides the best customer service to its citizens, as well as to get a general understanding of the views/experiences of citizens, while interacting with the police in Area 4. Area 4 consists of the following JCF Police Divisions:

Kingston Eastern
Kingston Western
Kingston Central
St. Andrew South
St. Andrew Central
