Dakota Wesleyan University has developed a program to facilitate the professional development of pastors or ministry leaders in a variety of areas related to the leadership and management of churches or ministry. Completing this twenty-four question, pre-program, survey will assist us in evaluating the program. The first set of questions is about your church or ministry and your relationship to it. The second set of questions is about your pastor or ministry leader’s strengths and areas for growth in relation to a range of responsibilities involved in managing and leading a church or ministry. The final question is an opportunity to identify projects that your church or ministry can focus on in the immediate and medium term. All information you provide will be kept confidential.
