The County of Sonoma is preparing to recruit for Sonoma County’s next Director of the Independent Office of Law Enforcement Review and Outreach (IOLERO).

This survey has been developed to solicit community feedback on the work performed by IOLERO, as well as the ideal competencies (knowledge, abilities, and technical and interpersonal skills) and expertise the County is seeking in the next Director. The information collected from the survey will be used by the County to communicate key information about the position in the recruitment brochure and advertising, and in the development of interview questions, which will be designed to collect information from candidates about their expertise on the areas that are of the highest importance for the position.

The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Responses are due by 11:59PM on August 30, and will be anonymous.
