Welcome to the Putnam County Elementary School's Title I Feedback Survey for the 2017-2018 documents.  Gathering feedback from parents and other stakeholders, so that we may adequately and effectively revise out Title I documents for the next school year, is important to us.  This survey should take 5-10 minutes to complete and all responses are anonymous.  Thank you for your feedback.

* 3. Our school has a School-Parent Compact that describes how improved student achievement is a shared responsibility by the parents, the child, and the teachers.  What do you need from the school to help support your child's learning at home?

Our school has a Schoolwide Plan that uses the key elements of Title I to upgrade the entire educational program of our school, so that all students can reach high educational standards.  Title I is supplemental funding (in addition to regular funds all schools receive) used to help students that are academically at-risk and is intended to be used "above and beyond" the daily instructional classroom.  How do you think these funds would best be spent in our school?

* 5. The Comprehensive LEA Improvement Plan (CLIP) describes each of the instructional programs and processes in place in Putnam County. What instructional programs have you seen as the most successful for your child(ren)?  Where would you like to see growth and improvement?
