We need your help as we consider options for the Roundtable's 2021 Annual Conference.

Given the rate at which the country is rebounding from the COVID pandemic, we are developing plans for an in-person conference in Alexandria, VA on Tuesday, November 2nd and Wednesday, November 3rd. We would open with a reception on Monday, November 1st.

Given the popularity of last year's virtual conference, we are also considering options that would allow us to provide significant portions of the conference virtually. We know some health plans may still face travel restriction in November, and we appreciate the fact that most members were able to expose more staff to the conference because of the virtual option. We'd like to continue to use technology to provide our conference to as many as possible.

To help us finalize our plans, may I ask you to respond to the following  questions:

Question Title

* 1. Name

Question Title

* 2. Organization Affiliation

Question Title

* 3. Based on what you know now, will your organization support your attendance at an in-person conference in November?

Question Title

* 5. Would your organization take advantage of a virtual option if it's offered?

Question Title

* 6. If we required at least one individual to attend in-person as a condition for virtual participation by other plan staff, would your organization be able to comply with that requirement?
