City of Palm Beach Gardens Community Needs Survey |
The City of Palm Beach Gardens is a grant recipient of federal funds through the the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and receives an annual allocation under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. To receive grant funds, the city must develop a Consolidated Plan which assesses housing, homeless, community development, and economic conditions impacting the community. By taking this survey, you will help the city:
- Identify and prioritize unmet needs impacting residents;
- Develop a strategy for addressing priority community needs; and
- Determine a budget for the city's use of HUD funds towards eligible activities.
The time commitment for completing the survey is approximately 10 minutes. The survey is anonymous. We ask representatives affiliated with local agencies to provide the organization name so that we can record consultation in accordance with federal requirements.
Persons needing a special accommodation to participate in the survey should contact Joann Skaria, Assistant Director of Planning and Zoning, at (561) 799-4261 or jskaria@pbgfl.gov.
