ICP Photobook Fest Programming Proposal Submission Form

ICP will be accepting proposals for partnered programming during the 2026 Photobook Fest. This year we will accept proposals for panel conversations, lectures, screenings, readings, performances, hour long workshops, or activities to be organized and led by submitting partners.

Programs will take place during these time windows:
Friday, May 8: 12 PM - 6 PM
Saturday, May 9: 11:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Sunday, May 10: 12 PM - 4:30 PM

Programs scheduled in the ICP Programming space typically last one hour with time for Q&A.

Workshops scheduled in the ICP Workshop room typically last two hours with time for set-up and breakdown.
