Welcome to the Summer Academy 2016 Online Registration Form. Academy workshops will be held on August 8-12, 2016.
Applications for registration are due on or before July 1, 2016. Please complete this form to provide your contact information and prioritized course requests. We'll notify you of assigned courses after defining the schedule. We will be emailing updated information throughout the spring and summer. Please be sure to check your email often.
To secure your spot, submit a $150 payment to the Curriculum Dept by July 1st. The registration fee covers lunch, materials, and snacks. If a cancellation is made after July 15, 2016, the Hortonville Area School District will retain a $20 processing fee. Cancellations must be phoned into the IT Dept at 920-779-7959.
Viterbo University may offer one or two graduate credits to individuals willing to pay the tuition. To earn the credits, attendee must complete half-time (one credit) or full-time (two credits) and full-week attendance.
