1. EBS Self-assessment survey for PBL initiative
Instructions for the Completion of the Survey
1. Please complete the survey independently
2. The survey should take approx 20-30 minutes to complete
3. Base your rating on your individual experiences at Papatoetoe High School. If you do not work in classrooms, answer the questions that are applicable to you.
4. First select the most appropriate response from the 'Current Status' menu AND then select the most appropriate response from the 'Priority for Improvement' menu for EACH question.
NOTE: If you rate a feature as 'In Place', you do NOT need to record the Priority for Improvement.
