ASK SURVEY CENTER is a marketing research firm that collects consumer opinions. We depend regularly on consumers to provide feedback and information to help our clients make important decisions about the products they make and the services they offer.
We will pay qualified study participants $30.00 to participate in a unique ONLINE music listening survey.
After you submit this survey with your preliminary information, IF you meet the participation requirements for this event, you will be emailed a participation link to sign in and complete the online survey.
Because we know your time is valuable, if selected, you will be able to complete this 60 to 70 minute survey over the Internet at your convenience.
Those who complete the music listening survey will receive an email with a link to a $30.00 gift card after they complete online survey. This link will allow participants to select a $30.00 gift card from their choice of over one hundred retail services and merchants (Amazon, Starbucks, Home Depot, Target, Nordstrom, iTunes, etc.) Gift card links are sent within 24 hours after the completed survey is received.
Completing the following preliminary questions does not automatically place you on the guest list to receive a link to the 60 to 70 minute ONLINE music listening survey. Qualified participants who have been placed on the survey list will receive their participation link via email along with a follow up telephone call/text.
Only one participant per family/household with the same last name & address will be allowed to participate.
